Gole Gandom (گل گندم) is a traditional harvest song from Shiraz and one of the widely recognized melodies of Persian folk music. Popular throughout Iran, it also reached international audiences through notable adaptations and performances by artists such as Pari Zanganeh and Shusha Guppy.
