In the right hand, play legato only under the slurs, then make the dotted chords lightly detached between slurs. Keep the left-hand chord soft and held for the full value so the right hand stays clear. Also practice it transposed a semitone higher (D♭) and a semitone lower (B), keeping the same fingering.
